It is a coordination body between a group of Syrian non-governmental organizations working in the humanitarian and civil sphere in Syria and neighboring countries, duly licensed according to the laws of the country of incorporation, and from individual women working in humanitarian and civil affairs, The founders and affiliates of this network are Syrian non-partisan, non-profit, and non-political individuals, institutions, and organizations and non-military, and present in various parts of the world; they come together in the cause of advocacy and defense Syrian women's rights, empowerment, and increased opportunities for decision-making.
